ARTICLE-SELF-IMPROVEMENT
Introduction.
Due to misconduct and lack of self-development, tensions are widespread throughout the world and, therefore, there is a dire need to know the right process for self-improvement. Everyone wants to get rid of this horrible situation. Experts and professionals have provided hundreds of tips and advice on how to improve, but satisfactory results have not yet been forthcoming. Chances are, these tips and advice are not being followed well. We always blame others but we don't want to change ourselves. Self-improvement is an important part of our health and has a great impact on others. Focus on your job, profession, business or whatever you are doing and what can you do to improve it. Many ideas can be given about self-improvement, but I would like to mention only five. These are as follows: -
Justice.
Justice has been defined based on their culture, race, religion and status. "Justice is in the process of understanding and the process by which each is given what is agreed upon as appropriate." - C.E. Merriam. "Justice protects human rights and social order." -Dr. Raphael. Justice means the provision of rights, security and equality to all persons without discrimination of religion, belief, birth or rank. There are four main types of justice, Social Justice, Economic Justice, Political Justice and Legal Justice. All types are very close and connected. Justice is the foundation of a self-improvement structure, as construction can not be done without a foundation. Like this, self-improvement is also impossible without justice. If the foundation of any building is weak, there is a 60 per cent chance that the building will collapse before it is completed. All people have a responsibility to create justice in their communities. Staying away from illegal activities, immorality and engaging in healthy activities and guiding other people means that you are doing justice.
Social Justice.
Parents have a responsibility to treat their children equally if they do not do so, it would be unfair. All heads of departments are responsible for dealing equally with all. If any citizen meets the conditions of employment in the public service but is not considered based on his or her religion, colour, or gender then it is not fair. It has been noted, in some societies, women are not treated like boys, so it is injustice. It is fair to say here that such thoughts of injustice should be eliminated to improve themselves. Naturally, women are physically weaker than men, but it has been observed that women work hard to provide food for their children. I think it is unfair to them because the father is responsible to look after his family. In case of the father's death, his other blood relatives are responsible for caring for the family. Justice demands the right and security of all people to practice their religion in order to achieve inner satisfaction.
Economic Justice.
Economic justice means is to provide equal chances to all citizens for granting jobs in the government and in private sectors. Financial benefits are also to be equally available to all citizens for establishing the business. Economic justice does not permit any person, class or group to exploit others. Fruit of resources, welfare projects and prosperity should reach equally without discrimination.
Political Justice.
Political justice demands to give equal rights to all citizens without discrimination (caste, colour, religion and language ) for contesting elections. All citizens have the right to use their vote independently.
Legal Justice.
Legal Justice is a rule of law, and it is not the rule of any person. All are equal in front of the law. It will be imposed on all, and in case of violation, no one has a concession. Law should be according to social values so that self-improvement could be achieved. The judicial system of any country can play an excellent role in the race for self-improvement. Due to the poor performance of the judicial system, people who feel uncertain start to take their revenge themselves. Violations of the rules and regulations often seem in society.

Respect.
Respect means showing dignity, honesty and good feelings. Respect is a sign of good cooperation. There are two aspects, first, self-respect and secondly, respect for others. Both of these factors are integral. Without a doubt, all people want respect. If you want people to give you respect, first of all, respect yourself, and then give respect to others. Self-esteem is self-improvement and self-improvement is your strong character and good behaviour. When they reach these qualities, people automatically respect them. Lack of self-respect gives people the opportunity to treat you as a department partner. Respect means treating others with kindness, respect, and patience, even when we do not agree with their views, opinions, or feelings.
"Respect is a way of treating everyone". RICHARD BRANSON
"Respect yourself and others will respect you". CONFUCIUS
"Everyone should respect each other, but no one has served the image." ALBERT EINSTEIN
Trust in Allah/God.
Trust in Allah means belief in Allah with full confidence that He remains with us in good or worse conditions. He is the best knower, best planner, and best doer, therefore, He is enough for us. Who trusts in Allah, he remains in peace and patient during the worse condition because Allah gives him internal satisfaction. We cannot attain internal satisfaction through the facilities of materialization. Truster in Allah is not disappointed; he knows that disappointment is a symbol of a weak and idle person. During in good conditions, he gratitude to Allah and enjoys blessing. According to my personal feeling, trust in Allah/God for self-improvement is the best aspect of others all. Trust in Allah motivates us that whatsoever we have, all these are the blessing of Allah. He has guided us that what is correct and, what is not correct so our life is our test. Sometimes we struggle to gain something but success does not receive it, it's not mean that our struggle is wasted, it means that thing was not favourable for us. Our efforts would not be in vain, He knows best, what is the best, therefore he will give us the best alternative. When we are snapped in severe worse conditions, we should trust in Allah that He will extract us with complete safety or He will give so power and art to get rid out form these conditions.
Purpose of Life.
The purpose of life would have to be set for self-improvement. It has been observed, that some people do not set the purpose of their life, or how can they reach their destination. They are like the man who early morning left his home for the desert to catch the fish. Purpose of life means what do you want to get in your life for which you do day and night work hard. It is very clear that our life is our personal life but we are enjoying it with others, a single person cannot enjoy alone his life, therefore, our purpose in life should be to benefit others also otherwise it would be selfishness. For example, if a soldier fights on a battlefield for becoming famous in the people or achieving an award, so this aim would be selfish, if he fights for the defence of his nation and country, it would be a great purpose in life. If a student wants to become a doctor or engineer, it is a good purpose but if he has the aim to work as a doctor in remote areas, and where facilities are very limited, it would be a very good aim.
Flexibility.
According to my personal thinking, flexibility mean admitting the problems of others. it is close to sympathetic. For example, if a person takes a loan from you and promises to return the loan on receiving the salary on the first date of the next month. Nevertheless, on the first date of the month, he did not return the loan due to nonpayment of his salary, here we would have to be shown flexibility and his problem be admitted. Minor mistakes of family, friends, co-workers, juniors, or others would have to be ignored. It is not so also that reality, principles and personal respect could be compromised.
Result.
Self-improvement helps to finish the existing problems of society. Self-improvement is character improvement. It is not impossible, just follow the rule, and give the shoulder to your responsibilities. What you like for yourself, like the same for the others. Work hard with positive thinking; Allah will give a good reward. Some say self-improvement is a long process, it comes from experience, in the shape of blessing, doing something wrong, a natural disaster, or overall occurrence of incidents in our life. It is right that experience is a big source of learning but I disagree with it because some people become well-disciplined, mature, motivated and good people in the society up to the age of 19 years. On the other hand, some are more than fifty years but still immature, ill-disciplined, and have unsatisfactory character. Self-improvement is a wake-up call, we hear from parents, relatives, school teachers, religious teachers, and leaders. Those who pay full attention to this call and act upon it become self-improved up to 19 years of age, those who take it lightly, they learn from experience, and who do not pay attention, cannot become self-improved. God helps those who help themselves. Now the question is who needs self-improvement?. I would like to say no one is complete except Allah/God, we all would have to be self-improved.
