ARTICLE - HOW CAN IMPROVE YIELD 

Introduction. 

All investors invest their money for gaining good profit. Advance information technology has converted the world into a global village, and competition has increased at all levels. The demands of the customer remain frequently change. The cost of the raw material and hiring of the technical workforce is also a challenge for the investors. To compete, in the market with others, the price of production has to be reduced. The industrial and enterprise focus on enhancing the yield and reasonable reduction of the cost. They ensure supply to the customers within a stipulated period as per the required standard. Technical experts and professionals are being used sophisticated methods and different strategies to fulfil the requirements. Actually, these people are having the knowledge to determine the weaknesses and they also know the art that how to vanish the discrepancies. There is no doubt, that advanced information technology, machinery, designs, and modern tools are very important for improving the efficiency of any manufacturing industry, mill, or factory. I am not a professional and technical expert in the industrial line but my administration and management experience tell me if the following steps are taken, a good result can be achieved in improving the efficiency of manufacturing. Framework are as under:-

Welfare Projects. 

Wel means is to provide the facilities about security, health care, education, or other aids. As per the available resources, these facilities be provided to the employees, especially to the lower-level employees and their families. Such projects help them to overcome financial hardships and come out of stressful conditions. Standing operation procedures should be formulated for the smooth functioning of these projects. Suggested welfare projects are as under:- 

• Free of cost school uniforms and books should be provided to the children of lower-level employees.

• Gifts should be awarded to the children who stand first, second and third position in class,

• A school bus has to be provided for the school-going children.

• Pick and drop facility for employees.

• If resources are sufficient, a school has to be established. It will be also a source of income assuredly, it would long term advertisement of the company,

• Free medical facility has to be provided to the employees and their families.

• A monthly sanitary round should be carried out by a doctor.

• Religious and National Days should be observed without any discrimination. A congratulation message has to be sent to all concerned. If it is possible, organize a visit tour for families and children.

• A welfare shop has to be established.

Motivational Lecture.  

The delivery of motivational lectures is integral for human guidance. Motivate your employees to do your job honestly. If any time your supervisor is not supervising you but your Allah/God is supervising you even Allah/God knows what is secret in your heart and mind. He is the best knower, best doer and best giver. If you want peace in your life, trust in Allah/God. Do respect and receive respect. Respect is above all others but it is obligate with hardworking and honesty. Pay full attention to your security. It is a very important and sensitive issue. Do not share your personal information with an unknown man. Keep an eye in your vicinity, if you feel something wrong, report to your senior immediately. During working hours follow the standing operating procedure and use the kit and tool properly. It is compulsory for your security. Do not show a careless attitude, it is a loss and that loss may be a precious life or property. Carelessness is an irresponsible attitude and shows your lack of interest in your job, which is not acceptable. It is liable to punishment. Pay attention to your health, it is the prosperity of your family. Follow the sanitation rules and instructions properly. Love your family and guide your children so that they become good citizens because they are our future. Address to all employees, especially drivers that do not drive over the speed. Overspeed is a violation of traffic rules. Maintain your vehicles, logbook and other documents as per your duty. Ensure your vehicle is completely fit for duty before leaving the Mechanical Transport Park. Instruct all to do not to take the drug, the drug is injurious for your health and is also a loss of your money. During duty hours, the drug is severely prohibited, if any are found, he would be dealt with according to rules. Motivate all, in case of fire, what would be done by them before reaching the fire fighting squad. Also, inform all. about First Aid and its importance.

Honour and Award.    

On completion of a big task or every year, honour and award ceremony should be arranged for the hard-working worker. It gives immense pleasure to the hard worker and their families. It is also a good way to create a competitive environment and provoke others to hardworking. Electronics, print and social media can be called/invited. Media invitation will be a big source of your production advertisement at national and international levels.

Get Together.     

At least, on a six-monthly basis, get together a programme for all employees and their families should be organized. This programme will help them to share their feeling view and problems with each other frequently. They can talk about their technical issues with seniors and can learn. Such events are created harmony between seniors and juniors. Other businessmen can be invited for developing relationships and discuss business matters.

Sports Event.      

Sports events provide a healthy environment for the society. They are a good chance for a common young man to dig out and show his hidden internal abilities. It would also offer a good image of the company, industry, mill factory or enterprise.  A good image of your industry is a good advertisement for your brand. If any employee proves himself a good player in any field and further becomes selected for divisional or national level, he would be an ambassador of his company. No other method of advertisement can take place in his place.

Results.   

I think the above-mention steps can boost the morale of all employees and they entrust upon his factory, mill or institution. Their high morals and trust will provoke them to work hard. They will do their utmost efforts to improve the efficiency of yield. Provision of an education facility, health facility, honours and awards and such other facilities are good tools to win the loyalty of employees. these are the basic necessities of the common man and he has the desire to gain these facilities because it is his right.
