MOTIVATIONAL STORY

    A couple of parrots were passing through a forest to see their parents. After a long flight, they sat in a tree for taking some rest. They saw a deserted village. The female parrot asked the male parrot why this village is so deserted?. He saw in the vicinity and replied that perhaps any owl has passed through the village. At that time, an owl was also present there and was listening to all, he came near to them and respectfully invited them for dinner and a night's stay. On listening to the word of dinner, water has come into their mouths they accepted his invitation without any hesitation. The next morning a couple of parrots were in happy mode and they were ready to go to their destination. But the owl took a step forward and caught the hand of the female parrot and asked her where are you going?. She replied that I am going with my husband, therefore leave my hand and let me go. The owl said you are telling a lie, you are my wife, I will not permit you to go with him and now you will be living with me. On listening to this, the male and female parrots were very upset. They started quarrelling with him. At last, the owl offered a proposal to them that we will go to court and the court will decide our case. They agreed and went to court. On reaching the court, the owl first put his case in front of the judge and then a couple of parrots. The judge heard both parties and gave the decision in favour of the owl. The male parrot started weeping and left. As per the court decision, the owl caught the hand of the female parrot and came out of court. he called to the male parrot and said, brother, take your wife. The male parrot said you should not sprinkle the salt on my wounds, whereas the court has decided in your favour, and now how can I take her. He laughed and said ho my dear brother villages are not deserted through the passing of owls, villages are deserted due to injustice. The male parrot took his wife and thanked him. 

    This short story gives us a lot of advice and lesson but I would like to mention here only four.

First. 

We should not blame someone without concrete evidence. It is an insult to those who are accused, they have the right to knock on the door of court for claiming respect. This is a clear indication of irresponsible attitude, lack of confidence, and also a lack of trust in Allah (God). Blaming someone else without evidence means that you are telling a lie and it is a bad habit. It is enough to understand others that you have a weak character. John Wooden. Says, nobody is defeated until he started blaming somebody else. My advice to you is don't fix the problem. Fix problem. Darlene Quimet. Says controllers abusers and manipulative don"t question themselves. They don't ask themselves if the problem is them, they always say the problem is someone. R.Lee Smith. "People make babies. People make the rules. And then people make up gods so they have someone else to blame when things don't go right, "No. As per my personal understanding, blaming is a symbol of a failed person. Finally, I would like to say that Allah Almighty has ordered to do not to blame anyone. It is a big sin. So it is compulsory for us that we save ourselves from this sin.

Second.    

During the journey, do not accept the invitation and don't trust unknown persons. Often, it has listened that some unknown persons give intoxication to the passengers in food and looted them. Acceptance of such an invitation is your lack of maturity and its result always appears loss of your dignity and loss of money. Some scammer has launched fake websites in the name of online working and selling of approved web site. Some beginner freelancers are easily trapped because they trusted them more than needed. Be remained careful, don't entrust upon unknown more than need. Always trust upon Allah Almighty (God) and create confidence in yourself. It is your success and it is also your safety. Joyce Meyer.

Third.    

The story advises us that we should not become greedy at any time in our life. A couple of parrots became greedy for dinner and night stay therefore they faced problems. According to my personal feeling, greed means the enhancement of desires more than need and the use of all unfair means to fulfil these desires. Enhancement of desires makes us selfish and untrustworthy. A greedy person loses his respect in his society. He tries to fulfil his desires but he cannot do so because his desires increase day by day. For example, if a greedy man has a motorcycle, he will desire for motorcar, on becoming the owner of the motor car, he will desire a helicopter. Greed is a curse. Eventually, he becomes a psychology patient and goes to in all losses. Here I would like to share a greedy man's story. A poor man was living in a village. He had a hen. Naturally, the hen started to lay a golden egg daily. He sold it in the market at a good cost. Soon he became a rich person in the village and all people of the village started to deal with him in a good manner. He became greedy and now he wanted to be a big rich man immediately. He took a knife and operated on the abdomen of the hen for gaining the golden eggs stored in her stomach. There was nothing. In this way, he did not only lose golden eggs but even lost a hen also. Fourth.  

The fourth piece of advice in this story is about justice. Thousands of writers, intellectuals and lawmakers have defined justice as per their assessment, feelings and thinking. I would like to say that justice means the provision of rights, privileges and independence to all citizens without discrimination. And to deal with them equally. Due to injustice, all government and private institutions, departments and organizations are adversely affected and the structure of the society collapses. The level of unemployment and poverty increases. Violation of rules is commonly seen and people feel unsafe in them. In this way, an uncertain environment is automatically created in the state, country or society. Criminal activities are increased. People do not knock at the door and start to take their revenge by themselves. It has been admitted at the international level that a sound education system is a key to making progress in a state, country or society. Because this system provides the manpower of intellectuals, writers, engineers, doctors, lawmakers, judges, technicians, teachers and management staff but injustice completely destroys this sector. Due to the bad impact of this evil economy decreasing day by day, other countries do not deal with any investment even foreign investors withdraw their money and leave. On non-availability of funds, the pace of ongoing projects becomes very slow and these projects go into a loss instead of profit. Injustice shows the bad image of the country and the international business market does not give the space to such countries for placing the products. Nelson Mandela quote, Overcoming poverty is not a task of charity, it is an act of justice. Like slavery and Apartheid, poverty is not natural. Injustice is the destruction of society.
