A YOUNG DEER - MOTIVATIONAL STORY

One upon a time, due to the hot and dry season, grass and small wild plants had been dried in the forest. Almost existing water reserves had also been dried. A female deer full of life was very thirsty. She searched for the water throughout the day, but she could not find the water to crunch her thirst. After the sunset down, she was feeling tired so she climbed on a dune of sand and sat down for taking some rest. After taking some rest, she stood up for searching for water. When the young female deer was coming down from the dune and, was thinking, nighttime is not suitable for searching for water. So she decided to stay the night here and, went back to the dune and, concealed herself in the dry bushes as a safety measure. A full moon was appearing in the sky, stars were twinkling, the heat had been reduced and, the weather was very charming and peaceful. In the meanwhile, some buffaloes came near to her and sat down. After that, suddenly a lion attacked a baby, and the mother of the baby and two male buffaloes retaliated with their big horns and defended the baby. Even a male buffalo hit the line with his horns and threw it away in the air. The lion could not face the retaliation and ran away.

The next day early morning the buffaloes started grazing dry grass and the young deer left in search of water. She saw a big line of green trees and other greenery. On seeing this scene, she easily understood that water would be a must at that place. When she was going toward the destination, a couple of wild dogs attacked her, she defended herself and also retaliated against them bravely. They ran away from her path. At last, she reached her destination.

A big river was running there. She selected a site from where water could be drunk easily. The young female deer closed her front legs and pulled her mouth into the river for drinking the water but she saw on her right side a lion was standing at some distance in an attacking position, on the left side a hunter was present with his gun and at her backside huge fire has caught the dry grass. And a big river was in her front. Now she had no safe way and apparently, death had been round to her from all sides. These moments were very crucial for her to decide what should be done? However, the young female deer decided for achieving the goal and started drinking the water without any fear. It was her great decision. Suddenly some black clouds appeared in the sky and heavy rain started along with fast winds. Meanwhile, the hunter aimed at the deer but due to rain his foot slipped and he fell down before triggering the gun. His aim missed and a fired bullet went into the air. When the lion heard the voice of fire so, he ran toward the hunter for an attack. He immediately rushed toward his jeep and succeeded to drive the vehicle before reaching the lion. The lion followed the vehicle but could not catch it. On the other hand, the young deer crunched her thirst and saw there was no lion, no hunter and fire had also gone off with water of heavy rain. The young deer faced a lot of difficulties but did not discourage.

According to my personal thinking and views, this story gives us a lot of motivational lessons but I would like to mention here four only. These are as under:-

Think Before Doing. 

Think, about what you are going to do, is it legal or illegal? What result will come out of this act and it’s what impact would be on your personal life and others' life? Now the question is this, how you would check the standard and worthiness of your action? It is a simple way if your action would not create problems for you and especially others so it is correct. Think about all aspects elaborately and if you realize internal satisfaction then do it as soon as possible. Think and prepare a good plan. A good plan can only be prepared through positive thinking. Good thinking helps you for rolling out the obstacles of your destination way.

Decision Power. 

Quality of decision power shows your confidence level, wisdom and intelligence level. Confidence encourages you to do something more unique than others and also gives you the strength to face problems cheerfully. The right decision at the right time plays a good role to achieve your aim in good manners. The right decision always produces good results. Good decision power is the quality of a good leader. Lack of decision power is a big discrepancy of your good personality. Such a person cannot do the decision at right time. He always wastes his own precious time and also his concerned persons. He has no value to time. If you want to improve yourself so improve your decision power also. We have read in above mention story, that the female young deer proved the quality decision power and did decisions for achieving the goal, while death was standing on her all sides.

Don’t Fear. 

Don’t fear anything, trust in God/Allah. Fear makes you weak in all respect and coward. It has a bad effect on your overall body system. If you want to improve your health, motivate yourself and become fearless. Fear is the enemy of your confidence, capabilities and deciding power. A fearless person always remains in peace and calm during stress and worse situations. Always see big dreams, go forward and don’t stop yourself. Don’t fear results, just take the first step toward your destination with full confidence. Fear is such a hurdle in your path which is irremovable without becoming fearless. Don’t be afraid of problems, face them bravely and achieve your target like the young deer.

God Helps Those Who Help Themselves. 

Undoubtedly, God is one only, He is great. He is the best knower, best doer and best helpful but efforts would have to be done by us sincerely for success. Always remember this also, God helps us for achieving something good only and not bad. God helped the young deer with rain because her aim was good. Devil also helps but he helps only in illegal and bad deeds.
