Introduction.  

Daily commitment is increasing day by day for all humans in the present modern era race. It has been observed, that due to the heavy commitment, very fewer people are paying attention to their personal health up to the required standard and the majority of the people are facing health problems, especially psychological problems. The walk is a good way to keep yourself healthy, sharp and mentally fit but the morning time walk is best than other times. A place for walking should in open areas, like a garden, park, ground, jogging track or any else location where greenery is available. A bank river or bank of a canal is also a good site for walking. If these facilities are not available, a road without traffic or a footpath can use for this purpose. The best time for a morning walk is before sunrise till 45 minutes after sunrise. At least the morning walk should be for 30 minutes. Now the question is this, the walk may be before or after breakfast?. It depends on your physical condition however fruit can be used before walking. Farmers of villages are lucky they get up early in the morning and go to the field for their work. In this way, the morning walk is being done by them. Physicians and Homeopathy Doctors advise their patients to do the morning walk. Some people want to walk alone and some want to walk with others. However, this exercise has many benefits. A few benefits are as under:-

  • Peace and Calm Atmosphere.    Morning walkers can enjoy a naturally peaceful atmosphere. At that time, neither traffic on-road nor run machinery, small industry and other manmade things create the noise and spread the pollution in the air. The morning certain quietness everywhere gives peace and pleasure to the walker.  During the time of a walk, you feel free from the daily routine life problems you face in jobs, business or something else.
  • Natural Scenes.      The morning walk provides the opportunity to observe the natural scenes. All trees, plants and grass seemed fresh, clean and wash with dewdrops. You can enjoy the bare feet walk on dewdrop grass. The birds chirp at the branches of trees and some are prepared their wings for taking a long fly for searching the feed for themselves and their babies. Honey bees are seemed to fly around the flowers for obtaining honey. Such natural scenes give much pleasure to a human walker. I think the birds and honey bees give us a message also for living with harmony, peace and good look after your family.  Long trees bow their right and left sides with morning cool and fresh air. The trees tell to us, to create flexibility in our life like them. If you will show flexibility like them, you would become able to bear the hardships of your life easily. You can enjoy, one more nature scene of the sun rising from the east with red colour rays.

  • Friendship.      When you will go on an early morning walk, you will find many people. If you have still no friendship with anyone and you want to make a friend, now you can get benefit from this opportunity for making a good friendship. Aloneness and disconnection from society can make depression tense, anxious or some else psychological problem. It can also be a cause of the high risk of cognitive decline and physical and mental conditions. A good friend is a good source to enhance your self-confidence. Sometimes, such a person is not available at your home or you feel hesitant to share your personal problems with him/her. But you can share your problems with a good friend in detail for guidance, motivation and solution. He can help you, in case you are in trauma or sorrow of divorce, huge loss of business, severe illness, death of any blood relative or job problems.
  • Self-improvement. A morning walk is a healthy activity that makes you habitual to getting up early in the morning. If you have a pet, you can go for a walk with him/her otherwise you would have to set a time from your working hours or rest time for his/her walk. If you do an early morning walk with your family or life partner, in this way you spend some more time with them than in your routine. They will feel it is good for them. 
  • Health Benefits.    I am not a medical doctor but I would like to share here some medical benefits in light of my personal experience. It has been learnt from the overweight person, that his physician has advised to him for reducing his weight through daily walking. It has been watched on official TV channels and on social media, Heart Classified Specialist Doctors guide for a daily walk to control bad cholesterol as a prevention measure against heart problems. My friend is a patient with diabetes, he has been advised by his doctors to do regular long walks for more than 30 minutes. When we breathe early morning in an open area, cool and fresh air without pollution goes into our lungs, which is very useful for the lungs and our mental improvement. This practice also helps to improve the immune system. Morning walks lower the risk of dementia and certain types of cancer. It is a good and easy way to strengthen the joints and bones.

Conclusion. 

Morning walk is free of cost exercise for all ages persons. A man who starts his day with the morning walk remains more alert throughout the day than those who do not go for the morning walk. Furthermore, I would say here, that those who do not do the morning walk, miss a lot of good things intentionally. If you want to remain physically and mentally fit throughout life then so do the walk regularly. We should have to be considered the walk as an integral part of our life. Due to some special reasons, if we are unable to go on the walk. So then, what should has be done by us?. We should go to the offices, grocery shops, bank, payment of utility bills, in markets, and see relatives and friends by foot if not long away from our residency. If possible, do not call your junior, left your seat and go near him/her and ask him/her what you want. In this way, you can save your and his/her time, can convey your message in a good manner and also can do a walk.
